I've lived in the Birmingham area all my life. I went to Hoover High School where I ran track and cross country and was part of many state championship teams. I still run in my free time and enjoy competing in road races, duathlons, and triathlons. My wife, Katie, and I enjoy the many great restaurants Birmingham has to offer on the weekends. We both enjoy burning off those calories by training for races and staying involved in the Birmingham Track Club.
